Delta Factory is a wire harness manufacturer running make-to-order production. Trinova built the operational system that now runs their floor — from the first purchase order to the last traceability scan.
Production ran on notebooks, memory, and group chats.
Before Trinova, Delta's production data lived in three places at once: a supervisor's notebook, a group chat for shift handoffs, and a set of spreadsheets that were only ever as current as the last time someone remembered to update them. Purchase orders were tracked on paper. Stock counts on the shelf and stock counts on record routinely disagreed. Tracing a finished harness carton back to the raw material batch it came from meant physically pulling paperwork — if it existed at all.

Delta is Trinova's only full-range build to date. Most clients start with one or two modules — Delta's scope grew because the same underlying architecture supported all four without being rebuilt from zero.
